Equipment acquisition: Choose a computer, reliable Internet connection, printer, scanner, biometric device, and UPS   Proper seating arrangement: Provide a comfortable chair for customers Training and Certification:

Mandatory Training: Engage in the training programmes that CSC Academy or authorized training partners undertake.
